Store Policies
Welcome to PullToTheRight.com we are pleased you stopped
by. To make your shopping experience a pleasant one, we
have put our standard policies all in one place to make
finding answers to your questions easier.
Order Processing Time
We generally process every order within 24 to 48 hours.
If it seems it will take longer than that we will email
you to let you know. If you are in a real hurry please
indicate that in the instruction box during check out,
we will do our best to help. Transit times to your location
will vary depending on stock level at different warehouses.
Occasionally items are backordered at the manufacturer.
If this happens we will let you know when we process
the order.
Returns
We generally accept all returns within 30 days
of purchase. All returns require prior authorization from
Customer Service. Non-defective merchandise may be subject
to a 15% restocking fee. Merchandise being returned for
credit must be in unused condition, in its original packaging,
and be complete to be considered for returns.
Shipping
All shipping prices on orders are estimates, but generally
accurate. If there is a big discrepancy between the estimate
and the actual shipping charges, you will be contacted prior
to us shipping your order. Actual shipping charges will
be applied at the time of shipping. We will make our best
efforts to accommodate any special shipping requirements
so please list them on your order. If you would like us
to use your Fed Ex or UPS account please include this information
at the time of order.
Shipping Damages
We take great care in packaging all shipments, but occasionally
things still go wrong. If your package appears damaged please
do the following: a)reject the shipment as damaged, b) contact
us immediately so we can resolve this and get new product
out to you ASAP.
Purchase Terms
Purchase terms are generally "cash", credit card,
and eChecks. All check transactions will be held until cleared.
We accept US funds only. Canadian customers please contact
us for purchase instructions PRIOR to purchase. Companies
and Agencies can also qualify for open account terms (credit
check required).
We do reserve the right to limit quantities, require Agency
authorization for restricted items, and reject orders that
we are unable to fill.
